Creamy chicken salad

ingredients:
1 cup chicken breast, cooked and shredded
¼ cup corn
¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup green onions, chopped
¼ cup tomatoes, diced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ cup corn chips, crushed
2 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt to taste
2-4 avocados, sliced in half with pits discarded

directions:
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken breast, corn, black beans, green onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and corn chips together. Add the vinegar and mayonnaise to mixture and toss to coat. Salt to taste. Spoon salad into halved avocados. Serve immediately with a spoon and fork. Enjoy!

Me, most school mornings

Sad but true!! The older I get the harder it gets!!! But hopefully now that school is out I can sleep till 7am, heres hoping!! We had kinder graduation today for Zander, one of the boys in his class was crying, it was kinda sweet but glad it wasn't my boy crying!! Annalyse just had a party.
Let the summer fun begin!! I want to make a list of things to do this summer, I have so much to do, Its going to be a long one!! Fun things and then going through the kids bedrooms! Both the older kids are going to do a pottery painting class camp at my friends shop that I blogged about earlier, Annalyse is so stoked, all my kids looooove to paint! I can't wait to see the finished products! She is going to teach them different technics. We don't have any trips planned this summer, I just have girls camp again in July. And it's going to be a hot one!! Thank goodness we put the pool up.
Its been a crazy couple months I'm not sure what I've blogged and what I'm missing, did I tell y'all about Zanders snake bite? Yea he got bit in the front yard where the dogs are not, we think it was a dry bite, thank goodness, scared the crap out of us, he didn't seem bothered at all!! Then the next day he chooses a snake out of the birthday box at school!! My boys are all boy! Madden was so concerned for him, when he got back from the hospital he put his hand on his shoulder and didn't take it off for the longest time, so sweet, they are bust buds for sure.
My brother was here about 3 weeks ago, I posted some of the pictures of us when we went to the coast, we had tons of fun while they were here and got a lot more things crossed off their list of things they wanted to do.
Other then that Justin has been working on his jeep every sat. It's so so close to getting ready to be inspected so we can drive it on the streets, can't wait!! Its lots of fun!! And if we would ever get some rain you know I will be out there mudding in it!! :)
