Painting pottery!!!!

My sweet friend Summer opened up a paint your own pottery place here in our little town ( its by cutie patootie for those of you readers that live here!!) me and the kids have been there so many times already! They love painting and so do I! Its the cutest place to, like sitting in her kitchen painting with a friend, and were not messing my kitchen up so it makes me even happier!!! I have a feeling we will be there a lot this summer along with the yummy frozen yogurt place that just opened!!!
I have to get a picture of my Zander, he painted a little lion mug and was walking around the house all day sipping on water, he looked like a little man it was so stinking cute!! Course right now he is beating up my couch with his hulk fists!

Easter weekend consisted of...

And of course the most important, church service on Sunday morning, which was really nice. Hope ya'll had a wonderful 3 day Easter weekend!

The glass bottom boat

There is a lot of natural springs around here and we went to one of the big ones about an hour from here, it was so cool I have never seen one. The water is so clear I wanted to drink it!! I guess thats why bottled water companies move there and bottle it. We had a nice day, Justins cousin was in town from NY, Madden really liked hanging out with her and grandma and grandpa. The other two kids were in school so they didn't go, we will probably go back when my brother and his wife come in a couple weeks(yeah!!) after the springs we went to another park that has a spring where we ate lunch and cooled off our feet. I love little road trips!

San Antonio missions baseball game!!

Annalyse and her cheerleading squad got to preform at one of the missions games, they also went to a spurs game but I was so far from them I couldn't get any good pictures. She did an awesome job at the missions game, she truly loves cheer, I'm so happy to see her doing something she loves, she just lights up and get so into it!! Love her!

The new girls in the hen house

Yup, I got some ducks this year instead of chickens, I still have my 15 girls. They were so cute!! Now they are awkward and kind of ugly looking, they will look better after the get there big girl feathers. I hear there eggs are really good for baking, we shall see!! If they don't work out I would love a fresh duck dinner!!

First trip to the river in 2011

I have so much to catch up on, my blogging app was not working. We went to the river for the first time this year, was it last week? Man everything is running together!! Anyways, it was fun and the water was cold, and low! No rain in forever! Dad was teaching the kids to skip rocks. Madden wasn't to sure about the water, Zander jumped right in!! Pool will be filled next week so we can start swimming and teaching the little ones to swim!!

Cookies and milk shower

Im on a roll with the baby showers!! I know 10 people having babies this year! my friends Chantal and Kelsey helped me put this cute cookies and milk shower together for my sweet friend Ali and her adorable little girl Scarlett. I loved how it turned out, the weather got a little to high in the 90's that day put it was great, oh and that was the night Justin got home!!! So I was having a great day!!
P.S. Ali took the pictures and I got them off her blog, I didn't forget my camera, I just forgot to put the card back in it! But shes awesome behind the camera so it's all good!

I've had to do this!

Flying high now that daddy is home!!

Sooooo happy to have Justin home!!! The kids too! I have lots of recipes to post, like always I need to find a moment to get to them!! And take pictures, I couldn't take pictures the 2 weeks my hand was out of commission, so lots of catching up to do!
