Okay so I have moved from sewing to making stuff with apples! We went to Medina Texas last week and picked 2 bushels of apples, and for those of you who don't know how much a bushel is, ITS A LOT! probably about 200 small apples! So at the moment I am making apple butter in the crock pot. I will let ya'll now how it turns out.
I have already made apple crisp and plan to make applesauce and apple strudel, and the kids will eat the rest. Good thing they love apples!

Yummy, yummy, yummy, are you sure there's no way to send some of that up here? I haven't had apple crisp forever!!!!!
