Well after dragging 4 kids through Wal-Mart to get some new jars for the apple butter, Its finally done and canned. Don't you love the new jars they have? better then those ugly old ones they have had for years, now they come with silver lids which I prefer to gold. I just might have to can something else so I can get some more jars!
I thought the recipe would yield a lot more then it did, it only made about 4 pints.
