I made these pork kabobs the other night, they were really good I put them over rice. Sorry I don't have an after picture when they were done cooking, the kids were so hungry I didn't get a chance to photograph them properly. Oh! they were brushed with the juice of the pineapples and some honey. I think next time after I brush them I will use the left over juice and reduce it to make a thick sauce to pour over them.

I was wanting to try that pineapple/honey glaze to see how it was....why do we live so far apart? Now I want a taste of those kabobs too!!!!!!
