Buns in the oven

I have some Swedish buns in the oven!

I found a recipe for some Swedish cinnamon rolls and thought I would give them a try.
What makes them Swedish, also called Bullars is the cardamom in the dough. They are actually pretty easy to make. I got the pearl sugar it calls for at Ikea when I was in Utah last week.(still waiting for our Ikea!!!) The recipe is actually on the back of the box, I think you can also find the sugar at World Market, you don't have to have the sugar to make them it is just nice and decorative on top.
