Yes I think I have a bit of an obsession with the eggs I get from my chickens! I just love them! The taste, the color and that they come from my hens!!And I get so many of them! I decided to make some mini quiches with them. I just whisked about 4 or 6 of them and added some bacon bits and Parmesan cheese. Then I put them in those silicone muffin things and baked them in the toaster oven cause I didn't want to turn on the oven, yes it's getting to that point of hotness already. They took about 20 min. until they were firm. I think they were tasty and I think Annalyse ate one! You could add whatever you wanted to them, but bacon and cheese is all I had at the moment!!!

I was going to say exactly what Molly said! The eggs in the basket pic is sooo neat. All those different shades... they just look so earthy. I love it.
